Contact List (Offsite)

Contact List Segments leverage the retailer's CRM data, allowing you to target users using first-party data, including web and app data, customer emails from CRM, and offline data. These segments seamlessly integrate into both Onsite and Offsite campaigns, enhancing targeting capabilities.

Contact List also allows retailers to leverage their data and offer you premium access and more advanced unique audiences to target your onsite/ offsite campaigns. Retailers can share these audiences directly with you, unlocking expanded targeting possibilities and fostering collaboration.

Points to Remember

  • Currently, Retailers have the option to either keep their contact list private or share it with all. When opting for "Share to all," it's crucial to refrain from sharing competitive audiences, as all Demand Accounts accessing this retailer in the country will have visibility into the shared contact list.

  • In the meantime, it is advised to:

    • Choose descriptive and generic names for segments, avoiding explicit references to competitor brands. For instance: "Tech Enthusiast," "Family," "Organic Lovers," etc.

    • Specify if the segment is intended for Onsite (CUser ID) or Offsite (HEM) targeting. For example, add a prefix/suffix with “Audience-A-ONSITE” or “Audience-B-OFFSITE.”
